We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded the prestigious Creative Catalyst grant from Innovate UK!
Over the next six months, we’ll be collaborating with a software developer and Innovate UK to develop an AI application that tackles the negative impacts of value engineering on construction projects. Our innovative solution is designed to improve cost and carbon certainty in the early stages of design, addressing the persistent challenge of design compromises driven by cost—a key issue since the advent of Design & Build procurement. By leveraging AI effectively, we aim to streamline processes and bring greater transparency to the industry.
As part of this exciting journey, we’re reaching out to Northwest-based manufacturers and suppliers of building materials—such as doors, windows, bricks, and sanitary ware—to join the Beta phase of the project. This collaboration is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products and boost their visibility ahead of our official launch next year.
